Beachfront holiday rental in Omiš

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We had a great stay here and loved to explore the mountains, Makarska, Split, Trogir and beautiful beaches. The host is easy to communicate with and will help you with any kind of problem.

I felt so comfortable in Mirka's beautiful apartment. It was just lucky to stay right on the water with such a fantastic view. In addition, amenities, communication and cleanliness were great - always back and thank you to Mirka.

I can highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment is in a perfect location, really close to the beautiful beach and the city center. The small garden was perfect for our son to play in and it was a safe place for him. Everything was clean and Josip is a great and very communicative person. Thank you for everything.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

I came to spend a few days with my mother in the Tafra Accommodation, it was a great Airbnb with an incredible view. The pool and hot tub are a real plus. The accommodation was very clean with everything you need in it We can't wait to go back.

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Toni and Matea's place was amazing and Matea was so helpful and immediately responded to all enquiries. The apartment is spacious, spotless and straight across the road from the main beach path. Friendly local bars/restaurants within walking distance and close to local shops and attractions. Mountain walks and National parks close by. We are planning to come back!!! Jane and Bill

Very beautiful apartment, very clean, well-equipped. Quiet and peaceful with an unobstructed view of the sea. And above all, a very warm welcome from the host, friendly and gives a lot of very useful recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. i would highly recommend.

The property was as described. It was a very comfortable space for a family of 4 and well stocked. It has a nice balcony. The hostess communicated well. It is a close walk to stores, beach, and bus stop to get to Omiš (departures every 30 mins).

We were very excited, the apartment is very well equipped. Were very surprised what everything was already available. In addition, you have to highlight the location, you fall out the door and are located directly on the beach and at a restaurant. A shop is a 2-minute walk away. Communication was very good, everything was described wonderfully. Checking in via lockbox was also very easy and flexible. Overall, we were very enthusiastic and would be happy to come back!

Couldn't have asked for a better view from the apartment. Loved the comfy bed. Great bar very close to the apartment, unfortunately we were out of season so nothing much else in the location but a short bus ride into town which was gorgeous.
