🌟 Home with a private pool close to the beach

- Home (apartment) Pandža - in Omiš with 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. Located on a 10 minute walk to the beach & at ideal distance from the city centre for a relaxing holiday. Great for families. There is also a large indoors kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. With a private pool you also have a lovely and open wide terrace and garden, large table with 2 benches for spending your time, a fireplace (bbq) outside and a private fireplace (bbq) indoors next to the additional kitchen.

Fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment (80m2) with spacious seafront terrace (35m2). The apartment has: a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with comfortable pull-out couch, a kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet room. The use of wi fi, air conditioning, Netflix and one-car garage is available free of charge. We are located in a peaceful part of Omiš, 7 min walking distance from the old town and the nearest beach.

Apartman se nalazi na najboljoj poziciji u Omišu i ima otvoreni pogled na more. Potrebno je samo liftom spustiti se do izlaza i odmah ste nasuprot plaže koja je udaljena 20 metara. Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2024. godine. Na velikom balkonu s pogledom na plažu i more nalaze se udobne stolice i stol pa ćete se s užitkom provoditi svoje vrijeme uz miris mora. U blizini je restoran, pekarnica, caffe bar, trgovina. Do starog dijela grada je potrebno 5 minuta hoda.

Well the host was extremely helpful and even met when we arrived. Such a nice new place Main floor apartment that is walkable to old town. Bakery , pizza and burger place in 2 blocks around. Omiš is so beautiful you need to come and stay here Nice comfortable beds We would recommend

We loved our stay, communication was great, facilities were exactly as detailed. It was very clean and had everything you could need, a real home from home. Yes it’s a up a hill but this is beautiful Croatia and it’s worth every step for the clean air and wonderful views. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved staying at Boris’s spot! The apartment is located in such a vibrant part of the city with tons to walk to. The views were incredible and the space was cozy but comfortable. The covered outdoor area was a great place to chill outside and we were even able to leave our climbing gear downstairs to air out without hauling it upstairs. My friend and I visited Omiš primarily to climb, and this spot is in the perfect location — close to crags on both sides of the river. Boris was extremely responsive and able to provide recommendations on where to go and what to do. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This tiny home was everything I was looking for- peace, quite and a complete connection wit nature. The house is surrounded by pine trees, providing perfect shade and a relaxing atmosphere and the outdoor kitchen under the pines added to the whole experience. I especially enjoyed the hammocks and the spectacular view of the sea and mountain. This is the ideal spot for anyone looking to escape the crowds, yet still be close to everything they need especially to beautiful beaches. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat i nature.

This is a great place to stay in Omis. You can walk down to the beach - lots of steps as other people have mentioned but worth the walk. The two outdoor spaces are wonderful. Fabulous view from the balcony where you can watch the sunset. A very kind host. I would recommend this little gem.
