The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Welcome to our charming, separate apartment on the first floor of a cozy single-family home where we live with our dog on the ground floor. This special accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest on a quiet street, surrounded by beautiful nature – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Near us is probably the most beautiful part of the Ruhr Valley bike path with forest, meadows and waters. Well-marked hiking trails along the Ruhr, Olsberger Kneippweg with pedal pool.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

It is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. In October, the forest in front of the house turns gold and red, while the fireplace crackles inside. Our family house for 8 guests is specially designed with children in mind – so parents can unwind while the little ones play safely. In the evening, an electric barrel sauna, hot tub, two wellness rooms and a campfire await you – all with panoramic views of the forest and mountains. Dogs are warmly welcome. DTV 5 stars.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
