Our house is located in a historic half-timbered village in the heart of the Hochsauerland, which is surrounded by the beautiful Sauerland mountains. You can start hiking directly and reach the certified long-distance hiking trail Rothaarsteig in a few minutes. Simply enjoy the time in the cozy 100 sqm apartment, marvel at the panorama from the large balcony with fantastic views of the Bruchhauser Steine. Ski resorts are located in the neighboring towns: Willingen or Winterberg.

Our cozy apartment(approx.40sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Wardrobes for wardrobe are available. In summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal barbecue ) offers time to relax, or you can simply enjoy the beautiful view. For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.
