Our small apartment overlooking the Biggesee as well as private entrance, small kitchenette and separate toilet/shower promises relaxing days alone or for two. Whether relaxing by the lake or active holidays in the area, our surroundings offer a variety of possibilities: cycling and hiking trails, bike rental, passenger boating, mini golf, paintball, pedal boat rental, SUP/kayak rental, lake promenade, Attahöhle cave, etc. Various swimming spots are within minutes (walking distance).

Im historischen Ambiente unseres denkmalgeschützten Patritzierhauses haben wir 2020 liebevoll eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Obwohl zentral gelegen, sind sie im Gebäude, Dank 80 cm Mauerwerk und moderner Technik, total ruhig und erholsam untergebracht. Es erwartet sie der besondere Flair des Alten, verbunden mit modernem Komfort. Hier können sie sich wohlfühlen! Airy gable apartment for a break in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
