The house of Can 18, or 18,000 hard, owes its name to the fact that in the last century the one who built it touched the national lottery, and the cost of the house was 18,000 hard paid with the prize. Everyone knows it as “Can 18”. The house was completely renovated in 2015, and its 3 apartments between 2017 and 2018. Cozy, equipped, and comfortable. There is the option to store bicycles in the same building, or to rent them, for adults, children and chairs for children.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The place is very quiet and the loft has nothing renovated while maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and open first floor with double bed. The patio is ideal for a breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

Can Mercader II is an exclusive and private accommodation to enjoy nature, views, and the tranquility provided by the Serra Cavallera. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century. From here begins the Ruta del Ferro, a bike path that allows you to go to Ripoll, following the old train route. At the top we have the Taga (2035m) that crowns the mountain range.
