Beautiful wooden cabin in the mountain at the foot of Sant Julia ,on a beautiful hillside with lots of vegetation and views of the Pyrenees, from which you can see Coma negro Canigu and a wide panoramic view of the northern part of the GARROTXA. near Sant Jaume de Llierca, it is accessed by a track of 6 km, altitude 500m ,it is a great area for all kinds of excursions ,there is a rio cerquita with crystalline pools and in an hour you can sunbathe on the beach ,Costa Brava.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
