Spacious and elegant, located in an 18th-century building that has been recently renovated, at the entrance to the historic centre. Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their distinctive exposed stonework, are original, and the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, there is public parking 300/350 metres away, and the bus to the airport and beaches is 200 metres away.

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The perfect base, nestled between the tranquillity of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

In the front row on the sea, the Granito villa enjoys a great location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where you can find markets, bars, restaurants and shops. The living room is divided into two rooms, an area with a dining table and one with a sofa and TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Independent accommodation in a small residence. Complete with everything, we just changed the bed and mattress and added a new sofa bed. Recently built, class C with excellent thermal and acoustic performance.
