Family-friendly holiday rentals in Oliva

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always pending if we had any questions.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Very good accommodation with everything you need. Close to the beach, pool open all year round. Magnificent terrace. With parking space. The only glue that the spa area was not open.

Wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need to spend wonderful vacation days. Fully equipped, nothing is missing, comfortable bed and everything super clean and insect-free. The garden is a wonder to spend evenings and dine alfresco after a swim in the pool. Thank you Nando for being such a good host, see you next year

A breathtaking view from the loggia at night and during the day. The space is convenient and comfortable. The private underground parking space is a plus. The only downside was that we didn't know the pool was closed on that date. 2 steps from MUNDOMAR and AQUALANDIA.

Great place to stay and discover the area. Supermarket really close by and nice villages with great restaurants too. Comfy home and the kids loved the jacuzzi

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

An apartment closer to the beach would be impossible, very clean and spacious

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super beautiful view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there perfectly. You drive down the mountain and you are immediately at a very nice beach and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera centre is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Vincent is a very responsive and nice host! He welcomed us to his place and explained everything. He was always easy to get in touch with during our stay. The house is just like the pictures, located in very cute neighborhood. The house is very well equipped.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

A very nice place to stay that I recommend to everyone. Direct location on the beach. Shopping is right around the corner, about a 300 m walk. The beach is very clean.

Good communication with owner. The house had everything that required a vacation stay, it was nice, neat and clean. The pool was very good and you can bathe at night if the heat of you dates requires it.Good option for a vacation on a nice beach.

We had an excellent stay in Calpe, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the location is perfect, with several shops and restaurants, pool and beach right in front. Alexander is a very nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful host, he was always available offering help at all times in case we needed anything, very flexible with check-in as we had a small problem with renting a car. We would definitely be happy to repeat our vacation in Alexander's apartment in the future, totally recommend Calpe and Alexander as a Host (5 stars). We felt at home. Thank you very 🤗🤗 much Alexander for everything. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

we've been there for a few days and the truth is that everything is phenomenal quiet area the pool is a short walk from the apartment private development with you private plaza tmb the beach two minutes by car and easy parking José Luis is very friendly and we felt at home very comfortable beds and the apartment is very cool, just like the pictures the ideal outdoor terrace to be quiet by having something or eating ... thank you José luis, it's a pleasure to have spent a few days in your house❤️

I just got back from this beautiful apartment where I spent a weekend with a friend. Unbeatable location if you want peace and quiet (although Denia is 8 minutes away) and with everything you need to feel at home. Direct access to the beach from the small and family-friendly development, which also has a clean and beautiful saltwater pool. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Jordi is always attentive, thank you very much for everything. Definitely a place to enjoy and repeat.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.
