The complex also has a closed garage located on the ground floor of the building. Oliva Suites is located between Gandía and Dénia, a 45-minute drive from Valencia. It offers easy access to Valencia and Alicante via highways N-332 and AP7.

My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

Places of interest: The wild sandy beach is about 150 meters from the house. Places of interest in the area are the Marjal de Pego Oliva Natural Park, about 3 km away.
