In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

KINDER BIS 10 JAHREN FREI ! und sollten als Kleinkinder (unter 2) eingetragen werden, Alter aber bitte im Nachricht mitteilen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer denkmalgeschützen Stadtvilla nur 10 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Es ist 2021 komplett saniert worden und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Auf ca. 40qm kannst du es dir mit bis zu 4 Personen gemütlich machen. Über die große Fensterfront in den Garten hast du einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Falls ihr mit mehr als 4 Gästen anreisen wollt, könnt ihr auch unser AirBnB "Linden Retreat" buchen. Dieses befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter.

Es ist alles für euren Besuch liebevoll und bis ins detail eingerichtet. Ihre freundlich einladenden und sehr sauberen Zimmer mit dem loftartigen Wohn- und Essbereich überzeugen. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
