I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

We felt at home in Shazad’s house. He was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay from a great host. Easily recommended!

Lovely stay! Looked exactly like the photos, definitely would stay again as host were very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. You do have to pay for parking, however there was no issues. Thank you YM3 Living!

Easy to find and access once getting off the motorway. Walking distance to the tram station. The apartment itself had all that we needed. Very responsive host and was happy to accommodate a 1-hour earlier check-in for us!

Jack's place was perfect for us, had all the basic things we needed and was a great location.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Simply perfect! The hamlet is a haven of unparalleled tranquility. In Lantern Cottage itself we marvelled at the tasteful design and a ceaseless feast of wonderful quirkiness. The beautifully tended garden is a delightful place to find solitude. One of the highlights of our many travels this idyllic cottage is a definite revisit.

Our stay @ The Mill was just perfect Debs is the most wonderful host who looked after our every need with plenty of banter as well 😆 The Mill itself is beautifully restored with so many original features both inside & out . I spent the first night just walking around in wonder Then the outside … just wow 🤩 Our own lake , friendly llamas 🦙, pigs , chickens laying you fresh eggs for brekkie … the list just goes on & on I personally loved sleeping at night with the doors open listening to all the animals Needless to say we will be returning as soon as we’re back in the UK When people say this is a hidden gem 💎 believe me The Mill surpasses all The Mill is a treasure trove 💚

A nice, fully equipped house in a quiet street, but close to shops and pubs, easy walk into Tamworth town centre, and good for walks along the local canals and in the wildlife reserve

My husband, two kids and I stayed at Mizan's place while visiting family and we had such a great stay. The house is just lovely and has everything you need - it's very comfortable and kid friendly. The location is convenient and close to shops. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

You get what it says on the can! Great little home from home. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Already booking the next visit. Why waste time looking for anywhere else when this home ticks all the boxes? Thanks to Kit and his family for all their efforts to ensure that our stay was a successful one.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼

Lizzie’s place is a gem, beautiful and was perfect for my short stay in Birmingham. Her communication is very quick & she’s flexible, and the place had everything I needed. There’s even a little booklet with instructions and recommendations and that to me is the sign of a great host.
