Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

A really lovely, very cosy flat. Lots of space including lovely little terrace at the front. Its in a great location close to buses, and the beach at lapad. But also nice and queit cul-de-sac. We were made to feel very welcome and at ease. Definitely recommend.

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

Un alojamiento con encanto en una zona tranquila y muy cercana a la playa. Una estancia para repetir. La anfitriona muy amable y facilitando nuestra estancia en todo momento.

We came to Dubrovnik on a family vacation and Marijo’s house was the perfect way to start our trip. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire visit there. The place was recently renovated and surpassed our expectations - the house was very spacious, clean, modern and an overall beautiful space. The pool and grilling area were the best way to spend the days and nights and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms all updated and modern. Marijo was the perfect host and his house was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, a brewery, ferry and a 15 minute uber from old town. Super safe area as well (police station nearby). We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Ein traumhaftes Häuschen direkt am Wasser. Der Steg an dem man liegen kann ist sehr privat und man kann dort mehrere Stunden liegen und Boote beobachten. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu grillen und jeden Morgen zu frühstücken. Sie Gastgeber haben uns mit einem Willkommens Drink begrüßt und ansonsten hatte man seine Privatsphäre. Dubrovnik ist einfach mit dem Auto oder Uber in 10min zu erreichen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt wären neue Matratzen(die Federn konnte man spüren). Auch sehr angenehm fanden wir das es 3 Bäder gab und wir Handtücher für die Liegen bekamen. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt👍

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

Wonderful place on the inside and out! Pool area was delightful and relaxing. Host was always available to answer questions and requests. Interior was comfortable and up to date. We all loved the experience!

The apartment is easy to find and has all you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed the walk in to Cavtat. Iva and her family were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented, and I travel quite a bit. We had a group of 4 couples. The home is bursting with charm. The large dining tables inside and out were perfect for our group. The wine cellar/lounge was so unique and inviting. The outdoor space could not have been more perfect from the large pool, to the spa and sauna. And Amila was so responsive and willing to make our stay perfect. The town of Cavtat was the best hidden gem of our 3 week tour of Croatia. And, it’s just a short Uber trip to get there.

Boendet överträffade förväntningarna. Så nära till allt. Buss. Affär. Strand. Mycket vänlig och enkel värd. Jättefin pool som var välskött och skön. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.

Pero was super kind and helpful. The apartment is in a perfection location, closeby the Bellevue Beach and also the supermarkets. Being there was an amazing experience! 🙂

Fantastic, central apartment close to everything

We had a marvellous stay at Martina’s place. Most of our time was spent at the beach, which is a 2 min walk away from the house. Glorious! The house is in a great location and easy to find. You will need to walk down a small number of stairs to get there from the main road/ square. There was a box of goggles / things for the beach, plenty of towels and shampoo and conditioner. The juice and sweets were also greatly appreciated! I was wfh during the trip. Sadly, the wifi didn't work, but there is good mobile reception in the house for hot-spotting. Stephanie manages the property was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved staying here and hope to return soon. There isn't a great deal of natural light in the house, so it can feel a little cold, so I do recommend having an extra layer with you. Nevertheless, we slept very well throughout our trip. Comfy beds, cool decor. Thanks for having us!

This is an absolutely fabulous stay for your visit in Dubrovnik. The location is top-notch with walking to Old Town,major bus routes with minimal stairs. The apartment is so cute and the bed is wonderful. A lovely terrace gives you a fantastic view of old town. Niki is one of the best hosts we've come across in our many travels. she is very responsive and accommodating. if you are planning to visit to Broadneck and want to avoid the hassle of carrying love luggage of multiple stairs then this is the spot for you. Brilliant ❤️

Mara and Mijo are great hosts! Mara offered that her son Mijo can come and pick us up as we were reaching late at night and were travelling with an infant. Next day morning I had to catch a bus and wasn't sure if they accept card for payment, Mara was so nice to leave me some money to make the journey, as I didn't have any cash with me. Both Mara and Mijo were supper responsive and always replied to our queries. The only discomfort that we faced was that the property is little bit down the hill, so you have to take stairs which is not a problem but since we were with infant it was bit of a workout for us. But again that is also the beauty of the property because it makes it away from all the unwanted noise. You can also access a beautiful small pebble beach just down the hill. Overall it was a good experience!

I had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a great vibe throughout. It was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Art Atelier Little House in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik was a real treat. The charming lantern with the sailor illustration outside made it easy to find and gave the place a creative, local touch right from the start. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for one or two people—perfect for solo travelers or couples. Nestled within the historic city walls, it felt like I was living inside a piece of Dubrovnik’s history. Just steps from the front door, you’re immersed in the city’s energy—walkable, marble streets glistening in the sunlight, lined with restaurants, shops, and centuries-old architecture. Directly outside is Paradise Konoba, a cozy restaurant with a great snack list and fresh local dishes if you want a quick bite or a relaxed sit-down meal. If you’re looking for an authentic stay in the very core of Dubrovnik’s magic, this place is a gem. I’d definitely come back!
