Monthly Rentals in Old Orchard Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse! The ambience was incredible. The only downside was that our dog couldn’t be off leash outside - totally understand inside and around common areas, but considering it’s such a large property, we were hoping we would be able to have our dog run around to tire her out. Regardless it was beautiful, and the goat and the babydoll sheep’s were adorable! Very clean, and darling space. Thanks so much!

This place is a real gem! I’m so happy I chose to stay at The Curtis in Ocean Park/ Old Orchard beach. The guesthouse is really well located. It is approximately 500ft from the beach and a 30 minutes walk to the central area of Old Orchard Beach. Everything was very clean and in pristine condition. Personally, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion it is a lot nicer and cleaner than many of the hotels and motels I’ve stayed at over the years in the area. If you are hesitant about the shared shower and bathroom situation don’t be, everything was very clean. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I come back. The only drawback I can think of is the parking situation but it is a really minor issue since there is plenty of free parking available nearby.

I was there for 155 days and was very comfortable. I enjoyed the view and the area, shops, restaurants, etc. My host was extremely friendly!! I highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the beach!!

Lovely little cottage with a quaint and extremely comfortable feel. The hosts were kind and flexible. We liked it so much we didn’t want to leave! Hosts were communicative, kind and flexible about allowing us to soak up a couple more hours of the space before checking out. Well worth the stay!
