It is one half of two charming rustic cottages set on a single plot on a leafy side-street. This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. It is great for families with children and a short walk (.4 of a mile) through the neighborhood to the beach.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage #3 is a one-bedroom (king bed) recently renovated well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with modern decor. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Full size washer dryer. A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.

HOUSE IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL - NO STORM DAMAGE. Chill with family or friends, work remotely, and/or do a whole lot of nothing at this chic, freshly renovated beach house in the best coastal neighborhood of Southern Maine. Unobstructed water view, a 1 block walk to Huot's restaurant & bar, the neighborhood beach, and a buzzing marina with wave runners and sailing trips are at your disposal. Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive.

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Bright 1400 sq ft open concept condo sleeps 8 ( 4 beds) with a couple minutes walK to 7 miles of Pine Point Beach or walk along the beach to Old Orchard Beach Pier amusement park. Seafood restaurants in Pine Point close to the condo, some within walking distance ( Clambake & Salty Bay ). You can walk or rent a bike from Pine Point Beach to Old Orchard Beach (2 miles) for the night life or take a nice 15 minute ride into The Old Port, Portland.
