The Furnished is located on the ground floor and consists of: independent access by private terrace of 50 m2, overlooking a spacious living/dining room, an American style kitchen, fully equipped, a cellar/laundry room, a separate toilet - a bathroom with a large shower (120 x 80), - a master bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), and a small adjacent bedroom with a bunk bed and a folding bed if necessary (preferably for a child). You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
