This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.

We invite you to stay in our beautiful, independent, and private in-law suite (we do live upstairs). There is an outdoor patio with hanging lights and seating in a fenced backyard. We are about 10 minutes from the Kansas City Speedway and Children’s Mercy Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City.
