We loved staying in Patrick's Cozy House in Grandview. Great location for us, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Loved all the space in the house that it had three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very comfortable house for a relaxing long weekend!

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

The place was clean, had lots of kitchen utensils and looked just like the pictures. The theater room and pool room were awesome too! There’s a nice little park within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There’s a super target not too far from it and a nice shopping area close by. We stayed with our three younger kids and it worked out good for us. Overall, I was pleased with the location, the amenities and I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the size, location, and fenced backyard. Often we’ve tried finding fenced yard for our dogs and then the yards are patchwork fencing or not fenced at all- this place was a gorgeous, large, privacy fencing and well-maintained. This is so important to us for the safety and enjoyability of our dogs. Thank you for having exactly what you advertised! My daughter loved the finished basement- felt grown like she had her own apartment. I loved walking the neighborhood- it was quiet, safe, clean, friendly.

Our stay was great! The house is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. If I had one wish, it would have been more space in the bathrooms. There was hardly any counter space or storage. Other than that- a great place!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

The home was a lovely spot for the first reunion of my 3 children and their families, and we had a delightful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The "movie room" is cozy. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the master suite is rock-star ready. It only needs a new grill and a pool scoop. Enjoy your stay!

We loved our stay! It was a great place for a girls weekend and the backyard was the perfect little oasis.

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

We had an enjoyable stay at Sanantha’s house. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the whole house was exceptionally clean. Samantha was responsive and accommodating; we’d definitely stay here again.

From the start Erin was quick to respond to questions and had very helpful answers. She communicated well with home entry and garage every instructions. The home was very clean and felt like I was walking into my own home. Erin was very personable as well. If I ever visit Olathe again, I hope her place is available!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Snake Ranch. Matt and his team were exceptional hosts, ensuring that my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The Airbnb itself was very nice, and I truly appreciated the new amenities and attention to detail. As someone from Los Angeles, the change in scenery was a refreshing and delightful experience. I regret not bringing my hiking shoes for the trails, but I look forward to visiting again in the future and taking full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Wade Ranch was a dream come true—and Leslie was the most wonderful host! From the beginning, Leslie’s communication was clear and welcoming. Her directions were spot-on, and we were so touched to find snacks and treats thoughtfully selected with our group in mind. That kind of personal touch made us feel right at home. The house itself is something special—my niece dubbed it vintage cowboy chic and we all agreed! It’s beautifully decorated with a keen eye for detail. The bathrooms and kitchen have been tastefully updated, all while preserving the charm of the 100-year-old farmhouse. We held a Bible study around the campfire one evening, and when the weather turned the next day, there was more than enough room to gather comfortably in the cozy living room. We needed a place to stay during a holiday week. We choose this place due to the per friendly, comfortable bed space and great outdoor space. It was fantastic with small touchs to keep our kids happy (popcorn in movie room), our pup happy and ease for us when traveling (dog bowls included). Would recommend the space to anyone!

We stayed at this house for a PBR baseball tournament. Location was great, very convenient and accessible. House is an older home that has been updated in an older neighborhood…very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was incredible. My guests and I never quit finding new little things to look at and were very comfortable. We agree we should most definitely come back.
