Quiet, clean, and comfortable! We had a great stay - the location was so convenient, the house was so comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a really lovely stay away from home. Our pups had plenty of space and Patrick was so lovely, leaving well wishes and local recommendations on the whiteboard.

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Magical backyard space with native plants and seating options for gathering and fantastic indoor 2-D art and sculpture everywhere. Clean, eclectic and fabulous! Huge basement area and multiple sleeping options. Loved the aesthetic and felt right at home. Dogs loved walking the neighborhood and we were in the middle of so many amazing neighborhoods and parks. A one of a kind stand-out with the mosaics and Art collection, yet plenty of places to chill. Definitely will be back!

Loved the size, location, and fenced backyard. Often we’ve tried finding fenced yard for our dogs and then the yards are patchwork fencing or not fenced at all- this place was a gorgeous, large, privacy fencing and well-maintained. This is so important to us for the safety and enjoyability of our dogs. Thank you for having exactly what you advertised! My daughter loved the finished basement- felt grown like she had her own apartment. I loved walking the neighborhood- it was quiet, safe, clean, friendly.

Our stay was great! The house is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. If I had one wish, it would have been more space in the bathrooms. There was hardly any counter space or storage. Other than that- a great place!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

The pool was used every day we stayed. It was nice that all of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our dog. That was a plus. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the morning walks with our dog. I felt safe and at home. The location was great. Close 4 minute drive to a lot of things. An easy 20-30 minute drive into KC. I would stay here again.

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.

We were in a tough spot after issues with a local hotel, and Adam truly saved the day. He accommodated us last minute, was incredibly responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. His place was very comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a stressful day. We’re so grateful for his hospitality—highly recommend!

From the start Erin was quick to respond to questions and had very helpful answers. She communicated well with home entry and garage every instructions. The home was very clean and felt like I was walking into my own home. Erin was very personable as well. If I ever visit Olathe again, I hope her place is available!

I can't over exaggerate how great this place is. Huge space, comfortable beds and furniture. Tons of amenities - this place is very well thought out and the host was incredibly responsive. Don't hesitate to book this one - I can't understand why anyone would rate this less than 5 stars!

We needed a place to stay during a holiday week. We choose this place due to the per friendly, comfortable bed space and great outdoor space. It was fantastic with small touchs to keep our kids happy (popcorn in movie room), our pup happy and ease for us when traveling (dog bowls included). Would recommend the space to anyone!

Stayed with a group for our company Christmas party nearby. Very convenient location, great property. Host was responsive and welcoming! We will be back for our event next year, thanks for a great stay!

Very nice little 2 bedroom unit. You are in a basement so you do get a little of that musty basement smell when you walk in but nothing overwhelming. As mentioned in the listing you will hear the dogs upstairs and people moving around and such until 10-12 at night but again it was as described and nothing I felt was excessive. Definitely did not keep me from falling asleep or wake me up at any point.

This was a perfect find. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the area has great options for food nearby. But I do have to say the beds are very comfortable to get proper rest, definitely will come back to this one.

The place was clean, had lots of kitchen utensils and looked just like the pictures. The theater room and pool room were awesome too! There’s a nice little park within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There’s a super target not too far from it and a nice shopping area close by. We stayed with our three younger kids and it worked out good for us. Overall, I was pleased with the location, the amenities and I would definitely stay here again.

Ivan's place was just as described and had a lot of personal amenities. The decor was very modern. The location was conveniently located to everything we needed. I highly recommend and would stay there again.
