The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. Charming moderm house with the new swimming pool - CHLORINE FREE :-) . Nice, newly renovated apartment on top flor in the house with excellent wiew on the sea and the islands. Beside the beautiful terrace there is a newly built swimming pool in. The apartment Maya 2. is located 3 kilometers from historycal center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the airport. UNESCOs citys Split and Trogir are very close to House and National park Krka is only 30 kilometer distance from apartman.

Very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature, beautiful sea view and the bay of Trogir. Apartment is in quiet part of place,there is no noise from cars,other tourists or loud music from caffe bars,in the souronding is forrest ,apartment has beautiful view of the all bay Trogir. 300m from the white gravel beach suites for children with beach bars,with an additional offer such as water sports, deckchairs, umbrellas etc. or you can enjoy in the beach and beautiful sky blue see.

This new apartment is duplex, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and big terrace. Air conditioning and TV is provided. Apartment is located in Okrug Gornji, right on the quiet beach, but close proximity to all necessary amenities. Apartman M.M. nalazi se 200 m od plaže i svih ljetnih događanja u mjestu. Također u tom krugu su restorani, kafići, trgovine, pekara, mjenjačnica. Apartman se sastoji od 2 velike spavaće sobe, kompletno opremljene kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, kupaonice. Iza kuće nalazi se roštilj. 3,5 km smo od Trogira, grada UNESCO, 6 km od zračne luke Split. Ako želite osjetiti mir, tajanstvenu tišinu, miris mandarine, masline..... i ostala godišnja doba pružaju svoju ljepotu.
