Apartment holiday rentals in Okrug

I would say excellent stay, in a very quiet area, but at the same time very close to the seafront with shops, restaurants and ferries. The beach is a short walk away, bordering the garden. The location of this house allows you to move around easily on foot, without having to take the car, and the proximity to the ferries also allows you to visit Trogir and Split, renowned locations in the area. 5 well-deserved stars also go for the possibility of parking the car inside the property and for all the amenities offered by our host, including sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor, well sheltered, enjoys the necessary privacy, even during the month of August, and is always in the shade thanks to the kiwi pergola. Ante gave us good advice and was always very helpful and friendly, responding quickly to all our requests. We had a great time and highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

We had a very pleasant vacation in Ana's apartment. Ana is a very nice, kind and caring host, she answered any of our requests without hesitation and provided us with all the necessary information to visit the island and the surroundings. Ana's dad is a discreet and friendly man. The beach is really close to the house, the sea is very clean and crystal clear, and the garden is well shaded. We also really appreciated the tranquility of the place and the friendly company of the dog Black and the cat Elvis. We really hope to be able to return to spend our holidays again in this magnificent place!

We had a fantastic week at Monika's apartment in Croatia! Monika was the perfect host – she always responded to our messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a great location. Her local tips were super helpful, and she made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is well equipped and the landlords are very friendly and helpful. There are more utensils such as toilet paper and dishwasher tabs available than usual. Eugen drove us generously around the area and to the supermarket. Unfortunately, the bedrooms are very dark (wall in front of the windows) and the house is surrounded by two large cranes and construction sites. The view in the photos is only a small section and the view is partly obscured by the present house. The small pebble beach with beach bar is lovely and shady. It is within walking distance, even if the path is very steep. Overall, recommended by car, as many beautiful beaches are to be discovered in the area and not much in the immediate vicinity.

We loved our stay, Nikolina is very accommodating and kind. The area is a quiet location in okrug Gornji - a small supermarket with necessities and mini bakery just 5 minute walk away, beach is close by. Taxi from Split airport doesn't take long and Nikolina booked this for us. The apartment was very clean and we were happy with all the home comforts. Rooms were clean and spacious, large dining and lounge area. Pool area is lovely; this is shared with the downstairs apartment and there were no issues. Lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Niksa. He gave us a warm and enthusiastic welcome upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. From the balcony, you have a fantastic view over the bay. The facilities provided were exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The barbecue area was perfect and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off. We also loved the availability of stand-up paddleboards. It was a short walk downhill to the sea. Communication with Niksa went very smoothly. We can absolutely recomment a stay in Niksa’s apartment.

This apartment is fantastic. It is exactly as described, it is in a fantastic location and Susanne and her family are amazing hosts. Throughout our stay Susanne was always available and happy to help with any questions or queries. She greeted us at arrival and she supported us to the taxi when leaving. The apartment is incredibly clean, tidy and has everything you need for a holiday in Croatia. The views from the balcony are incredible and we enjoyed the week watching boats coming and going from the area. The apartment has additional touches that just make it feel like a home from home. At the bottom of the street is the beach and a short walk along the road you can use the campsite beach and restaurant where we had 2 lovely meals and spent time in the sea. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area and a boat taxi to Trogir leaves at the bottom of the street. Susanne is kind, friendly and such a caring host and I would go back in a heart beat to stay at this apartment again!

We had a pleasant stay the views were good. Lots of space and we enjoyed the balcony. There is construction happening in several location close to the unit that made it a bit noisy through the daytime. Thank you to all hosts who were so kind and accommodating. Dee and Louis, Toronto

We stayed with two people for 11 nights at Karmen. It was super nice and very warm. We have received many tips for beautiful bays and beach bars. We would love to come back and look forward to Karmen, her dad and her dog 🥰

The appartmemt if Ivan is fantastic. it really is a dream. the location is beautiful. what can you wish more then a balcony with sea view? The communication with Ivan is perfect. Verg friendly and helpfull. I would recommend to book this place to everybody. thank you Ivan for the nice days.

The accommodation offered by Mira perfectly matches the photos, and the description. We were seduced by the location and the view of the pool.

Frederik's place was gorgeously decorated and the view was incredible. We had trouble finding the location based on the address with all of the new construction, but Frederik's local contact was very patient with us finding the correct location. The ease of access to Trogir and Split combined with the view made it a great trip and we'd highly recommend going back again!

Neda's apartment is as described in the advertisement. It is a great location and you also have your peace. The apartment was very clean and also had super great amenities. The time we spent there was very nice, also just through the apartment and of course the balcony and that it only took a few steps to be by the sea. We can only recommend this apartment from Neda.

We stayed three nights and felt so welcome. The hosts are amazing and helpfull. Both the pool area and the apartment were great and we walked in both to the beach and to Trogir.

Absolutely stunning apartment, super clean and tidy, and had beautiful outside spaces, a hot tub, lovely cool air conditioning, and really easy to take the short walk to Okrug Gornji, and from there a ferry to Trogir. Uber is available too directly from the apartment. absolutely book this place immediately. if you have 50% as good a time as we had, you'll be very pleased. Also, Marija met us there at around 2am as our flight was delayed due to weather. and being a brit, the 4 beers in the fridge was very much appreciated. many thanks to Marija and all the staff which made the experience at this beautiful apartment even better!! Thanks to you, and your wonderfully beautiful country. Trogir is stunning by the way. Loved the place.

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed, had beautiful views, was so comfortable and welcoming, and was in an excellent location. The perfect spot if you want something quiet and relaxing near the ocean, but close to Split. Mehdi was an excellent host as well; he was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations. We would love to stay here again in future!

Excellent accommodation! Very well equipped and well-appointed with sea views!! The bathroom is large and nice . Host Ivica is available and very friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and small chocolates The pool was open we were able to enjoy it.

Great apartment, spacious, clean, with a great large jacuzzi. 😍 We were 6 people and we were very comfortable. There is parking under the house. The wifi works just fine. The host is very nice and helpful. On the day of arrival, he was waiting for us and stocked our fridge with the necessary products 🙂 There are grocery stores, a bakery and a butcher shop in the area. Peace and quiet. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Nenad's place! A very welcoming and attentive host. He didn't hesitate to give us a great restaurant address to eat great fish and seafood overlooking the sea. The house is perfectly located, a short walk from the sea, at the end of the alley and very quiet. The studio is perfect for a couple. A big thank you to Nenad and Nathalia for hosting us!
