a very nice cottage in the country side. The cottage was spotless. The washroom was big and clean. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The bedroom was comfortable. The added bonus of the continental breakfast supplies was really nice. very close to Hobbiton thanks

We had a great weekend at Sabrina’s. The house was super nice and really well set up. It had great views of the animals that we got to meet. Lovely location out in the country but convenient to the local amenities. Sabrina and family were the perfect hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was super clean and was in a great location - easy drive to Hobbiton. Close by to grocery, gas, and other restaurants. Host was slow to respond to messages but we thankfully didn’t have any major issues during our stay. Would book again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful cabin. The surroundings where so amazing. It was peaceful, quiet and so amazing to switch off and enjoy some down time. It exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend.
