Fantastic 3 bdrm Townhouse steps to the beach!

Yes, literally 60 seconds walk and you are on the crystal white Gulf of Mexico beaches. Our beachhouse was renovated with new carpets, paint, kitchen appliances, new bathrooms and blinds (in the bedrooms). It is ready to be your perfect vacation base in Destin! It's rare to find a true 3 bedroom, laid out across 2 levels . Kids can sleep upstairs while adults chat downstairs! Better than a high rise as you can park right outside and no elevators. Not on the beach, but right next to it.

A modern living area features a spacious sectional sofa with decorative cushions, a round coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Light streams in from large sliding glass doors, which open to a patio, framed by navy blue curtains for added privacy.
