Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Okaloosa County

Had a great time and loved this quiet getaway. Went with my brother's family and mine and enjoyed having separate houses. Will definitely go again.

Great spot for our baseball tournament at Preston Hood Fields, especially with kids and a dog. Great kitchen fully stocked and nice fenced in backyard!

Ronin's Place was excellent. Everything looked new and was perfectly clean. Plenty of room for the kids. Kitchen was outstanding. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were well designed as was the entire home. Would stay there again.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

Place was wonderful and just down the road where my wedding was being performed on the beach!

I was vey pleased with the size and layout of the house. The overall condition of property was very good. The location and having a golf cart made beach access very easy. There was ample parking for four vehicles and the area was quiet with very little traffic. I throughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again it the future.

This spot is perfect! This was our second year staying here with 6 and adults and 2 children and we had the best time. All the amenities make it such a homey stay.

This was a very nice spot for the price paid. It was super convenient—so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. The balcony was so nice and I loved that they provided chairs and an umbrella. We didn’t use the pool at all so I can’t speak to that. My only suggestion would be to possibly add complimentary coffee or at least put on the post what kind of coffee maker they have. We’re coffee people and figured it was a drip machine so we grabbed a bag of coffee on the way in. When we arrived we discovered it was a keurig, so we had to go back to the store to grab pods. I might have just overlooked it in the listing but it would have been nice to have that info ahead of time. Honestly, not a complaint and I still gave 5 stars, but I just wanted to throw that out there as a suggestion. I will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time while staying in your unit! Condo was clean and beautiful. Sitting out on the balcony while drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean was so peaceful. The seafood at the local restaurants was some of the best I’ve ever had! Would stay here again!

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

Overall great impression and nice setup! It was only weird that check in can be only made after 4pm, but the front desk is already closed by then. We had to call the front desk number and wait for 25min before someone showed up.

I absolutely loved my stay. The place was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay feel extra special. We also loved how perfectly located it was, just minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Enjoyable break. This was our second time at the location. Great view over the coastline. Very quiet. We would definitely stay again. Perfect.

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Had all the accommodations we were told it had. A few things didn’t work ( lights in bedroom, bathroom). The heated pool could have been cleaner. Pretty scummy around the tile line & lots of sand on bottom. The other pools were just too cold to enjoy. It’s a shame that they aren’t all heated. The hot tubs had young children in them most of the time making it difficult for adults to enjoy them( no parents around to supervise & no staff doing anything about it), or the rough play of some on the lily pads. This is our 4th stay at Waterscape & the pools & hot tub used to be more closely looked after.

Our family recently stayed at this amazing beachfront vacation rental in Florida, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beach with stunning ocean views right from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset over the water was a daily highlight. The property itself was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals, which was a huge plus for our family. It felt just like home — but better! It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, which made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. There was plenty of space for our kids to play, and the beach was never too crowded. The customer service was outstanding — communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from booking
