De grootste troeven bevinden zich buiten waar een ruim - deels overdekt - terras uitgeeft op eigen strand en vijver in een bosrijke omgeving. Ook is er veel ruimte om auto's op het terrein te parkeren. Lakens en handdoeken zijn niet standaard voorzien, maar kan men wel huren.

On the terrace, there is, among other things, a swing bench. In the garden you can use the fresh herbs. The park is right on the Oisterwijk forests and fens and the Kampina. At the driveway is a shed for 2 bicycles. The price includes bed linen and 2 towels pppw. Excl. tourist tax (€2.50 pppn) and firewood.
