Our studio is situated under our home in a quiet suburban cul de sac. We are a ten to fifteen minute drive to down town Tauranga and a fifteen to twenty minute drive to the Mount. There is a small shopping centre three minutes down the road and the hot pools are about a two minute drive away. Please note the space is not suitable for infants or children
