Located parallel to Taunusstraße, you can reach the city center, spa park, Kochbrunnen, Nerotal and -berg as well as shops, specialty stores and restaurants within minutes by foot. One bed and a sofa bed can accommodate 2-4 people. Public transport stops around the corner, you can reach the highway in 10 minutes, Frankfurt in 30 minutes, and the airport in 25 minutes.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.
