Lovely family cottage 900m from one of Denmark's loveliest and most child-friendly beaches. The house has a large in-ground trampoline in the backyard, table tennis, handball goals and basketball net. Large terrace area with comfortable furniture as well as a fire pit for the evening's coziness. There are many nice experiences within driving distance - Rørvig harbor with crab fishing, Havnebyen, Sejrø, Dragsholm castle, Klint, Anneberg etc. The area has Michelin restaurant and lots of farm shops and Odden harbor has music venues and cafes.

Cozy summerhouse on large and quiet grounds - only 50 meters from the sea. The cottage is only a 5-minute drive from Odden ferry port and an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms with five beds in total. In addition, it is possible to list two beds in the living room or use the sofa bed. The house is in lovely Yderby Lyng, where you take a good walk from coast to coast. Only 10 minutes walk from delicious TiR bakery and 10 minutes drive to the harbor town with cafes and shopping.

Unikt hus, der skaber en harmonisk ramme om sine mennesker, med kig ud til alt det grønne som Suset er omgivet af hele vejen rundt om huset. Her er prioriteret det enkle afslappende liv, her er græs, buske og krat, hindbær, brombær, blommer, æbler, egern, fugle og ro... vandløbet rundt om grunden giver en god afstand til naboerne. Her er kunst på væggene, mange brætspil, lego og stor trampolin i baghaven, som alternativ til strandturen og roturene i sit-on-top kajakkerne i de lune sommeraftner.

Hyggeligt gæstehus ned til vandet på privat grund. Her kan naturen nydes fra hytten. Hytten har toilet/bad samt hems med dobbeltseng samt sovesofa i stuen. Fuldt køkken samt varmepumpe. Om sommeren kan der lånes paddleboards og kajakker. Der er ligeledes mulighed for bålhygge. Bredt udvalg af mad via wolt levering og badebro 5 min gang herfra Obs: helt nye madrasser / seng og 375 kr for brug af hottub. Dette skal vides inden ankomst.( Hottub kan være begrænset i vinterperioden)

Welcome to our cozy summer house with a beautiful view of Lammefjorden! Here, you can enjoy peace, nature, and fresh air in a classic and simple cottage with charm. The house features an older but functional kitchen and bathroom, and it’s just a short walk to the lovely bathing pier. The area is very child-friendly, with plenty of space to play in the huge garden, where you can also barbecue and dine together under the open sky. Perfect for relaxation and family vacations!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.

Beautiful summerhouse 1 hour drive from Copenhagen

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.
