There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Beautifully renovated cottage located on a beautiful natural plot in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

This newly built holiday home is located in a completely unique setting, 100 meters from the sea/Kattegat, one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. The house is located on an undisturbed natural plot surrounded by large pine trees. In addition, only 2 km from the charming market town of Nykøbing Sjælland. After August 1, an electric charging station has been installed on the gable of the house.
