The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

The heart of the house is the inviting kitchen, which is the natural gathering point after a day at the beach. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. For children and childlike souls, there is a trampoline in the ground. Easy access to quiet beach (stones/sand depending on weather conditions) Short distance to Rørvig/Sj Odde/Nykøbing Sj/Sommerland Zealand. About 20 minutes to the ferry to Aarhus and about 1.5 hours to Copenhagen. Towels and bed linen are available.

This newly built holiday home is located in a completely unique setting, 100 meters from the sea/Kattegat, one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. The house is located on an undisturbed natural plot surrounded by large pine trees. In addition, only 2 km from the charming market town of Nykøbing Sjælland. After August 1, an electric charging station has been installed on the gable of the house.

In Korshage's beautiful and wild nature, you will find our cottage. It is almost 100 years old, maybe a little primitive, but very cozy. It is located in the woods, close to the water. We love the place, the trees, the birds' song, a walk by the sea and so much more. And we hope you will too. Rørvig harbor, town and restaurants are only 3 km or a good walk or bike ride away.
