With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Ob beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse – hier beginnt der Urlaub ganz entspannt.

New quiet apartment by the forest

The apartment (120 sqm) in the green is equipped with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. The open living and kitchen area has a magnificent view of nature. The outdoor lounge on the terrace with an adjacent sea of flowers invites you to linger. For cozy evenings, various barbecue facilities and a fire bowl are available. The apartment is located in a small part of the village with approx. 50 inhabitants. The next largest town is about 8 km away. The nearest baker is about 4 km away.

Das Industriedenkmal aus den 50er Jahren fand nach 35-jährigem Winterschlaf 2003 seine neue Bestimmung. Seither steht der ehemalige Wasserturm Urlaubern, die das Besondere suchen, mit allem Komfort zur Verfügung. Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. Our apartment is located in the idyllic village of Ihlienworth directly on the Medem. It is located on the upper floor and is one of the two bookable apartments in our cozy vacation home. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Not far away is Otterndorf, where everything your heart desires is offered in leisure activities!

Modern & central accommodation in the ElbeWeser triangle

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
