Lake house holiday rentals in Oder-Spree

Breathtakingly beautiful surroundings and lovingly furnished house! The view of the Oderland is simply amazing. Horse in front of the house, foosball and games room, a nearby playground and a games house in the garden - fantastic for the children. If you like it quiet and secluded, this is the place to be. We really enjoyed our family vacation.

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

We spent a perfect long weekend here celebrating my birthday with friends and family, and honestly, it was everything. The house was spacious, stylishly minimalist, and stocked with everything we needed — from a great kitchen to an easy-to-use grill. The kids lived their best lives in the sandpit and on the trampoline, while the adults soaked in peaceful vibes and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Bonus points for being close to the train station and Aldi. The only hiccup? The curtains weren’t blackout, so getting my toddler to sleep (or sleeping in) took a little extra love. But truly, that’s a tiny note in what was otherwise the ultimate Berlin escape. Would 100% come back in a heartbeat.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He decorated it with a lot of taste and love for detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 1st floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschuuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to the hectic big city life. We will definitely come back again. 😃

The house by the lake is a dream and the hosts extremely friendly, communicative, but still intrusive. The house has everything you need and the garden with direct lake access is a paradise. We would book the house again immediately and highly recommend it, as a couple, with friends or as a family, no matter.

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We will be happy to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!

The playroom was crucial for our booking, as we had children with us: there were many play opportunities and was very comfortable. The area is fantastic, quiet, the lake right around the corner.

How lucky we felt to be able to spend a couple of beautiful evenings watching the sunset from the private lake dock. The garden of the house is also so beautiful, and our dog very much appreciated lounging on the grass in the sun! Dana was so friendly and kind, we felt at home right away. Thank you!!

Amazing place for a getaway, we had a very peaceful new years and our dog was happy to roam the fenced land plot that belongs to the house. Easy and smooth check-in, a lived-in house full of thoughtful touches, like heated floors in the hallway, a sound system with an iPhone jack, a working fireplace, etc. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and then some. Overall a super chill place, would love to go back some time!

It was a great stay in a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean, practically furnished and thoroughly equipped. The staff were always friendly and eager - even in the stress of Pentecost. Unfortunately, it was not stated at Air bnb that there was at all and what additional costs for electricity, gas, water and parking. Also that the arrival is only possible in a quite short and very timely window of time, it was only visible after booking and with a contract. This dampened the joy of travel for a short time and we had to reschedule amply.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Stephanie is an incredibly nice host and the space is beautiful, inviting, and cozy. The cottage is located on a property with two other houses, yet everyone has their peace and quiet. For our son, the tennis court was the highlight. no, it is not a Wembley, but everything is there (rackets and balls) and for an amateur excellent. tiny and pepper, the two pigs were happy about our spaghetti and were really lovely. we always left our dog on site on the tow line so as not to take risks with the chickens... 😄 the area is really deserted. somewhere in the nowhere, that's how we wanted it. It can't be better to recharge in the forest. However, we have never seen so many ticks. So always think about protection! all in all, it was exactly what we were looking for. a homey home for a short break. thank you so much dear Stephanie, you are a great host. happy to come back

We had a nice time at Christian's place. The apartment has everything you need, is close to the beautiful lake and surrounded by forest. Fantastic and idyllic. Highlighted is the great terrace with BBQ and the spacious outdoor area. Perfect for kids! Christian is a great host and also the neighbor upstairs is extremely nice. We were amazed by the strong room scent, but after we banished the room scent dispenser in the closet, it was okay with us after ventilating. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Great large, natural property with direct water access and charming house where we felt very comfortable. We were there with two people and a big dog. Property is completely fenced, so our dog was able to stay outdoors a lot. The home furnishings do not miss anything. The cleanliness was very good in all rooms. Kathrin was a super hostess and if there was a question she responded immediately.

A very nice house, quietly located on the water and plenty of space. Even in the cool weather, we liked to sit outside on the veranda in the evening.

We had a great time staying at Samir's place, especially with kids it's a perfect house! There is a lot of space, everything you need is available and there are also toys. The arrangements with Samir were very friendly, quick and straightforward. We'll be back if we can ;) Definitely recommend!

We proposed Kristine to rent her apartment for a special occasion and at all times she was flexible, understanding and helped us a lot with all the management!! My partner's birthday was a success and it's thanks to Kristine and her family. The place has its own charm, 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful lake in Berlin (in my opinion) and in a very quiet area. It was a pleasure!!

Perfect place to relax, unwind and look into the starry sky. The hosts were very open-hearted and were always ready for any questions and requests. The bungalow was equipped with everything necessary and sufficiently large for 4 people. Even a large fire bowl with plenty of wood were available to us. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The cottage is absolutely recommended and exactly as described. Less than 100 meters from the cottage, there is a small beach on the Heidesee. The house is equipped with everything you need. It is super clean and what we found best was that the interior was not made of scrambled furniture from the bulky waste, but was very lovingly furnished. Thank you for the wonderful time!

What a gem of a place: so close to Berlin, yet so tranquil. The house is well equipped and served us, a family of four, wonderfully. The plot on which the house is located is fantastic as well: a huge garden with fruit trees, a trampoline, a treehouse, and access to a clean stream that leads to the Kalksee (an ideal spot for swimming!). The property's location is also perfect, with the tram stop taking you to Berlin and a few shops (Aldi, Edeka, Norma, KiK) just a short walk away. Finally, our host, Katja, was friendly and responsive, and everything was immaculately clean. We would love to return next year and recommend booking your stay with Katja!
