Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Our cozy vacation apartment for two people is located in an ecologically built residential building in the small village of Möllen. In addition to an approx. 25 square meter room, it has a separate entrance, with hallway and shower room and a small cooking facility. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of Lake Schwielochsee. In the large garden there is a separate cozy sitting area & sun lounger and the jetty at the natural lake invites you to fish, sunbathe and romantic sunsets.

Helga Bungalow

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

The semi-detached house is located in the center of the village of Pfaffendorf. On the property there is a double carport, a small lawn, as well as a terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer. In the living room of the house, you have a TV and a fireplace, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs is a small and a large bedroom. Each of them has a TV.
