The place is about 20 km from the metropolis of Cologne and is at the same time the gateway to the Bergisches Land with its excellent local recreational opportunities. Our accommodation is inspiring with its amenities and countless possibilities in the surrounding area (trade fair visits, Naturarena Bergisches Land, cultural activities). It is good for business travelers, solo travelers and groups of two people.

Gute Anbindung nach Köln: Mit dem Auto ca. 20–35 Minuten (je nach Ziel und Verkehr), mit Bus und Bahn etwa 50 Minuten (Abfahrt alle 20 Minuten) bis Köln Hbf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und kulturelle Angebote teils zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Kletterwald K1 ist fußläufig erreichbar. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Diele und Bad mit begehbarer Dusche.

Idyllic tiny house surrounded by greenery! Situated directly on the edge of the forest, our guests can explore the beautiful hiking trails of the Bergisches Land. Our 20 square meter guest house was completely renovated in July 2019 and is equipped with everything to spend relaxing days in nature. In our valley there are only 4 houses. All around there is pastureland with cows and chickens. Fresh organic eggs are around the corner! Our large garden is also available for shared use.

Ein einzigartiges, rundes Baumhaus schwebt hoch in den Wipfeln, vollständig von den Bäumen getragen. Seine geodätische Kuppelkonstruktion verleiht ihm eine futuristische Ästhetik, während die großzügigen Fensterfronten einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Felder eröffnen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die freistehende Badewanne, mitten im Raum. Von hier aus genießt man ein entspanntes Bad mit spektakulärer Aussicht – eine perfekte Symbiose aus Luxus und Natur.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Hello vacation guests and business travelers! We would like to share with you our beautiful guest house to fill it with life. The guest house is an adjoining house with private access. It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

1Step2AllStars Baumhaus

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
