Great place to spend our weekend

Hiroki was the host during our stay. The place really did match the description and actually exceeded our expectations. Hiroki was always a generous, friendly and helpful host while also sensitively respecting our privacy. And his English is perfect which also helped! He told us this had been his grandfather’s house. He still runs a super community cafe and gift shop adjoining the house. The garden is really lovely too. And the bikes! The house was perfect for our small family reunion in Japan. Chigasaki is a lovely town, off the international tourist map but with gorgeous coastline, surfing scene, Hawaii vibes!, views of Mount Fuji and fabulous restaurants and bars. Also very well connected by train and a great local bus which stops right outside the house. Day trips to Enoshima, Kamakura, Tokyo and Hakone. Also took a weekend to visit Kyoto by bullet train. All a perfect introduction for a first (or subsequent) visit to Japan.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next to it.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, it's inconvenient to take a taxi with your luggage.There are two rooms, the rooms are sunken, and it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people who have a chef and driver at home to come on holiday, and it is not suitable for students to come for team building.

There were chickens and cats in the garden, which was cute. I'm glad the interior was well organized.

We had such a lovely stay that we extended an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. Very peaceful, beautiful views, lovely hot springs bath, and cute nearby town. Perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Airi was very kind, responsive, accommodating, and she shared great recommendations!

Super clean and modern house with an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. Has all the amenities you would need for your stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ootsuki’s- the location was so walkable. We walked to the train station every day and enjoyed our path through town. The Airbnb was comfortable and the kitchen worked perfectly for the small meals we cooked during our stay. The whole apartment was perfectly clean. She was very responsive and a quick communicator and so so kind❤️ she saw we were artists when she cleaned our room during our stay and gave us a small easel as a gift before we left- we would love to come back one day!

Spacious, with easy access to a few bus stops. It’s also within walkable distance of other local landmarks.

Nami was a great host, and super responsive on our stay. Parking was easy, and bikes available to borrow were awesome!

A very nice house in a beautiful place. In the mornings we were awakened by the birdsong. The house is clean, spotless, away from the central stations but the place is quiet and enjoyed resting. Every half hour BUS passes and the stop is just 3 min.We had a perfect stay at this house. I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you so much!

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

This was the best host I have EVER stayed with. Picked me up from the station and brought me home. Drove me back after check out. Had free bike rentals. All this saved me money, time, and hassle. Then during the day I got a flat tire on the bicycle and he came and picked me up! Asked if I was okay and gave me another bicycle. I was thinking he would be upset I messed up the bike. Went above and beyond in every aspect and was the best host you could ask for. Very kind and non transactional with his help. 100 out of 10 stars.

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Host was flexible with my check in time as I wasn’t sure what time I arrived til I got on the train. As it was raining on the day I left, host was kind enough to offer to drive me to train station as well as work out the train timetable for me. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience.

The accommodation was as described. I felt totally comfortable, it was also clean and right next to a train station from which you could reach everything very easily. The check-in was also easy and Hana was very friendly with lots of helpful tips. I would love to come back 😊

This room is located near train stations and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store within one minute walk. I appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom area as well as the reliable dryer located in the common area.

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.

Apartment is better than the pictures. Location is great. Host is responsive. Coastal vibes. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay here. Would love be back!

It is about 5 minutes walk from Changgu Station, very convenient, there is a convenience store less than 100 meters away, and across the road is the Yubi Coast, the location is good, you can go down to the beach to see the sea at any time in the morning and evening.The house is spacious, the living room has a sea view, the bathroom also has a window to see the sea view, listening to the sound of the waves while bathing is simply amazing, the experience is very good

Teru's place was a wonderful for my visit. I was looking an authentic place with Japanese traditional style very cozy, big space for that price. 10-15 minutes to the beach by walk. Highly recommend.
