"Villa right in front of the sea!!" Spacious living room with sauna and BBQ terrace! I created this space with the idea of creating a space where everyone can have fun staying together by the sea. It's just a short walk to the sea, and you can BBQ in the yard. The pleasant sea breeze also comes into the room. A sauna is available. Smoking is also OK, so please enjoy. The room has a large living room on the 1st floor and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. We hope guests from all over Japan and the world will come to stay and make good memories.

My house is located 5min. on foot from Hakone Itabashi Station. It's a very convenient location to go to HAKONE area. It is 11min. by train to Hakone Yumoto station, It's gateway of HAKONE area. There is also a supermarket 3min.walking distance. And Odawara Castle is a 15min. walk away. My house is a unique Japanese cypress bath like a luxury inn. Also there is a washlette toilet and a washing machine. Considering cleanliness first,I will order the professional shop for sheets cleanig for bed.

It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars.
