The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet und hat einen separaten Eingang und eine großzügige Terrasse mit Privatsphäre. Ihren PKW können Sie auf der Straße vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung abstellen. Leider können wir im Interesse anderer Mieter keine Haustiere akzeptieren.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Stylish apartment in a 400-year-old, listed half-timbered house in the middle of the old town of Linz am Rhein. The historic architectural style gives the apartment its special character. The floor plan leads from the dressing room via the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
