Over 180 square meters of living space with 5 sleeping areas, a cozy combined kitchen/living room, a large dining table in the bright conservatory, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace invite you to relax. The proximity to the Fichtel Mountains and the city of Bayreuth offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities as well as cultural experiences.

The lovingly renovated basement apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area, ideal for switching off after an eventful day. The spacious terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Perfect for festival visitors: The Festspielhaus can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot. The city centre is about 2.5 km away, ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature, but still want to be in the heart of Bayreuth quickly. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.
