House holiday rentals in Ocean View

Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back to your Lewes Carriage House whenever possible!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Rohoboth. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The host was quick to respond to any question or need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dining area was great for playing our group games. We loved the pool and hot tub area as well. We would definitely come back!

we had such a great experience staying here! we felt right at home, it was comfortable, relaxing and especially clean!! a perfect distance to the beach and for a day trip to OC, MD! bethany beach is one of our favorite spots to stay and we would recommend this stay with Laura and Bri to anyone!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location was very convenient to the beach, great local restaurants and shops. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We traveled with young kids and they felt very comfortable in this home. Ron, our host, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. It’s clear he really cares about creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a peaceful and memorable vacation home, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Nancy's place was terrific. I believe it is listed as a 2.5 bathroom place. Nancy clarified beforehand through a message that there were 3.5 bathrooms. we loved the spaciousness of the house and the beautiful back porch on the edge of a pond that had egrets, a heron, and an osprey. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Weis and Giant were a short drive away.

This was a beautiful AirBnb and I was extremely happy with everything that was offered. Beautiful views and things to do, I was extremely occupied but also very at peace. It was beautiful inside and decorated very nicely. thank you so much Christina!

We loved our stay at Morton's place. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and have some privacy, and all still get together in the main living area. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals. The location is perfect -- the pool is right across the road (another is just 3 min down the way) & the beach is very close by as well (beach shuttle is a wonderful option). Although the house was perfect for our needs, the cleaning company could have taken some extra care in preparing the home for guests. I am hopeful this is a one-time fluke. Mort was a fantastic host. Very responsive even before we booked, and helped us with minor issues during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again!

I stayed here with three of my friends, and we had such a great time! The location was perfect — the beach was within walking distance, and the house itself had everything we could possibly need. It was fully stocked with appliances, so cooking meals was super easy, but there were also plenty of great food spots nearby when we wanted to eat out. We also loved having access to the pool and spent a decent amount of time there. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach trip with friends or family!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Everything as advertised. Beautiful home in a convenient location and the amenities offered something for everyone. Jenna was a friendly and very responsive host.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Loreees place! Super responsive when needed and clear instructions for check in and out. Private, quite, clean building and condo and we had everything we needed. The views were stunning & exactly as pictured. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and 7-11 next door for convenience. I would recommend staying here!

We had an excellent experience - the house was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and well equipped; Emily was extremely responsive to my few routine questions (responding within a minute or so), and the location was very convenient. Would stay there again and recommend wholeheartedly to others

Shannon’s home is exactly what you see in the photos!The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and honestly my favorite thing about it was how homey it felt! Everything you could need is just a few minute drive away, grocery stories, etc. if it’s not already in the home because trust me they have plenty. Games, extra paper towels, toilet paper, even cooking seasonings. the neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. Be sure to sign the travel book when you visit and enjoy this blissful space you won’t regret it! Thank you Shannon, wonderful memories were made.

John's home is Beautiful. The house was very clean and well decorated. It was so nice having the fenced in back yard for my 2 goldendoodles. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Very dog friendly but so clean you wouldn't think dogs stay there:)

Instant relaxation at this little beauty, and it's comfy and equipped with everything you need. There's space to spread out, and the natural light all day was perfection! We relaxed on the deck in the evening for happy hour, and had dinner in the screened in porch for a bug-free dinner. They even have a trager grill! Perfect touch for this father's day getaway. Can I say thank you to the hosts for comfy mattresses and pillows - it makes a huge difference to have truly restful sleep when you are on vacation with kids. If I could do 10 stars I would, we are already booked to come back in the fall and enjoy this little waterfront retreat to recharge after a busy summer!

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

My family and I (total of 11) spent 4 nights and had an absolutely fabulous time! Firstly, the photos on Airbnb do not do the place justice. The place was NICER in person. From the modern amnenities, cleanliness, upstairs balcony (great for relaxing or lounging), downstairs patio (we ate out there and enjoyed the outdoor feel of it), location, spaciousness, we couldn't have asked for more. You could tell that much thought was put into the construction and overall look and feel. Ben and Katie were extremely responsive and proactive, which was great. The kithcen had everything we needed and we felt right at home. It was convenitenly located to everything - grocery stores, Bethany Beach (7 miunutes), Dewey (16 minutes), restaurants, walk and bike path (although none of us took advantage of it) in the back yard, quietness, grilling facilities, outdoor shower (which we discovered a day before we left, lol). We felt righ at home. I would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great week staying here, and enjoyed the views from all of the decks, the sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed the location, being off the main island away from the noise but so close to everything still. Just a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, cute towns like Berlin, and shopping. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay, the hot tub and games were a big hit with everyone. We walked to restaurants and saw some great wildlife too. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Bill’s place! Lovely home with great space for a big family to enjoy. Bill was great and very responsive, checking in with us multiple times throughout the week. The location is a good distance to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend

We had a great stay over the long Memorial Day weekend with our pup! The house is absolutely beautiful, new, and pristine. TJ was more than accommodating - with the early check-in to the snacks and coffee bar provided. The lights were even on, prior to our arrival, with light music playing. The fenced in backyard is beyond convenient, and we also spent some time on the front porch too. We will most certainly be back - thank you again for hosting us!
