Stay at our brand new barn suite located on our family farm and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach (just 8 miles away) and cook on the grill and relax on the private deck overlooking the bamboo and pond. Plenty of room inside with a large living room/ full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a custom tile shower. Our modern and cozy barn suite is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

Central Haven with Great Fenced Yard

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. Home has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom downstairs, 2 upstairs) & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Patio has grill and fire pit. Short walk to Dogfish Head Restaurant. Easy walk/bike ride to downtown.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge.
