Katie’s home was beautiful. The properly was squeaky clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. Loved the beach chairs and bikes. Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

We loved staying at Adair’s place. Her home was as pictured and very comfortable for our group of 3. It is beautifully decorated and the location is peaceful and convenient to the bike trail, restaurants and an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth. We had one item in need of repair and Adair responded right away. We highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again.

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

No words to describe this beautiful home, peaceful surroundings, great location. We like privacy when we travel and we had that and more at Liz’s home. She was a pleasure to deal with and gave us recommendations for things to do, places to eat. Watching the deer each night in the yard made my 94 year old mother very happy. The house was perfect for her and my pup was very comfortable as well. Who provides couch covers for pets? Greatly appreciated and not something you see very often when renting. Lewis is a beautiful town and Liz was right when recommending October as a perfect month to visit. We were experiencing some family medical issues and coming back to the house each day gave us a sense of calm and peace. Hope to visit again next fall.

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

We had a great time for a girl's weekend and will return. The house was spacious and close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on the third floor to relax. It's a comfortable home, tucked away in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood but close to everything you need. Very enjoyable!

The setting was very peaceful - surrounded by tall pine trees with lots of space between buildings, which is rare for a beach community. The kitchen and furnishings were a bit older but worked just fine for our beach week. Very convenient to the pool and tennis courts. The parking pass for beach parking was very helpful though we also took the trolley and walked to town once. The screened-in porch is lovely.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 7 months, from the moment I arrived, Pam made me feel incredibly welcome, Pam is responsive, kind, thoughtful, and professional host. I leave with wonderful memories and immense gratitude. I would highly recommend this host and property to anyone short or long-term.

We had a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Louis and Luke’s Airbnb in Rehoboth. The condo was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. It was also impeccably clean! The location is extremely convenient - just a short ride to the town, the beach, and the outlets (and even walkable). If you sit on the balcony, be sure to look down at the pond where you can enjoy watching the turtles. Louis and Luke were great to work with and their communication was timely and very helpful. We strongly recommend this condo, and we will hope to be able to stay there the next time we’re in Rehoboth!

Steve’s place worth perfectly for us for our short stay for the Rehoboth Beach Seashore Marathon. It was conveniently located near everything we were looking for. Steve was very flexible with our check-in and check-out given we were there in low season. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A good value for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at David and Erin’s Willow Haven! The condo was super clean, beautifully updated and with plenty of space for our family of adult children. The location was great with restaurants, gourmet market and coffee shop a few steps away. We walked or enjoyed their provided bikes for a ride down the beach every day. David was super responsive, left clear instructions and accommodated any request we had. This was our first, and certainly not last trip to Bethany Beach and look forward to staying at Willow Haven again!
