Kitchen seats 9 at the table and bar. Screened porch seats 6. The family room has a gas fireplace and a 50'' Flat Screen TV. Deck, screened porch, gas grill, large backyard with a pond view, & outdoor shower provide great outside space. Linen fee: $125 includes all sheets and 12 sets of towels.
