The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
