Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Occidental

We had a wonderful stay. Eugene and Natalia were very helpful and always responsive. The place is beautiful, with a fun mid-century modern vibe, and the neighborhood is tucked into a beautiful valley and is particularly beautiful in spring. Everything is just as described and as seen in the photos. Very comfortable bed! I highly recommend it.

Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

Amy is simply the best Airbnb host I’ve ever come across. She is delightful, friendly, very responsive, hugely helpful to help this 77-year-old being get her luggage up the stairs, always happy to see her when our paths cross. The space is lovely with amenities galore, upgraded television, and Office space, comfy bed, and I cannot recommend it more highly. I think this is my 10th stay

We love this apartment's second-story setting, at eye level with the birds in the trees, above the neighboring dwellings, and full of natural light. This location is perfect for hiking, half-way between the northern and southern trails of Point Reyes, and is a doable walk from Shell Beach and connections to Tamales Bay State Park. A hiker's paradise! We have been coming here annually for at least 5 years, and are never disappointed. Belinda has always been available for any needs and communicates clearly before our stay. Super host!

We stayed at Ann's place for five nights and had a wonderful experience. Ann was responsive and proactive in her communication, even sending us local recommendations before we started our vacation. Check in was flexible and Ann met us when we got in. The space was exactly as described with additional thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks. Ann even brought us fresh strawberries - absolutely delicious. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We highly recommend Lily's Loft and Ann as a fantastic home base in the Sonoma/Napa area.

Quirky, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities for the traveler. Really lovely peaceful setting. Rick is very responsive and helpful. Pay attention to his advice about the traffic patterns by the freeway. (P.S. If anyone in your group has allergies be aware that there’s a pretty bold outdoor cat hanging around!)

Our 3 night stay was amazing - the place was much larger than we were expecting - love the many options of places to sit in the living room, dining room, and even in the kitchen. Location is a perfect if you don’t mind a 15 min walk to the square. Terry gave clear instructions for check in and it was a total breeze. Would stay here again.

The house was beautiful! The groceries and wine were a nice touch. We didn't feel rushed to get to the grocery store after a long day of driving. The house was extremely clean. The beds were really comfortable. We had a good time doing the scavenger hunt. Would absolutely stay here again!

Johnathan’s place was great. Well Appointed kitchen. The master is really nice and a very big master bath too. The other bathroom for our guests was fine just no where near as nice as the master bath. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Julie is an excellent host! We had a fantastic time at the cottage and casita. The pictures and description matched the Airbnb posting and we couldn’t have been more pleased about the picturesque vineyard surroundings. Julie also added the best tiny details like robes in every room, shampoo and conditioner, and additional home supplies. Her guidebook to the surrounding area was also an excellent touch. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!

A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Celia's Garden. We love the location which is close to Graton (walkable) and the home itself is well stocked with towels for the hot tub as well as is bright and sunny and clean. Perfect place.

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? Cute cottage, perfect for our family of four. We loved the back verandah and hot tub. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom had all we needed. Thank you Hilltop Haven for being our home away from home.

Perfect place for a small getaway. Not only was it a quiet neighborhood but the house had everything we could think of or need. The place felt like home and felt very cozy. Hilary was a great host and I would stay here again. If you want a quiet little house with a picturesque view of the redwoods this is your place!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

This stay was FANTASTIC! A perfect condo for a girls trip. Location was PERFECT for anyone going down 28 for wine tastings - easy to get in and out and there’s a gas station close by. Never heard neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very large. If I had to say anything at all, there are blinds on all windows but no curtains/blackout curtains. Because the front yard area is lit well, the room was not as dark as we would’ve liked.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

This resort is perfect for a wine tasting weekend! It’s super close to so many wineries and centrally located to both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. There’s also a full kitchen in case you want to make meals. It’s a great deal!

The property overall was nice. The studio is part of a larger resort timeshare so the grounds are nice and well maintained. The studio is efficient, not a large unit, but has a bed, couch, table for two and a washer/dryer. It is a great spot for two people. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Kalvin was a fantastic host. I felt like there was gonna be no problems or issues, and sure enough there wasn't. We loved our one bedroom place and the value was amazing!
