The apartment has spacious living space and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the landscape. Free parking and good train connections (5 minutes away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
