In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

The spacious 90 sqm, completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau, has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 5 people, a bathroom and a large living area (40 sqm). Outdoor whirlpool for 6 people with wood heating. This must be heated yourself, duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for infants. Usable until 11 pm. The pool is not usable in December, January and February. Fee for pool use each €10.00

The 63 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Freudenstadt, with Germany's largest market square, is only 7 km away. Countless cycling and hiking trails, the unique Black Forest National Park and the panoramic pool can be discovered on day trips. The glider airfield is very easily reached on foot…
