In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Our bright guest house is in our beautiful garden overlooking our garden house (see picture). The 1-room apartment is almost a 2-room apartment due to a clever separation. Equipped with A/C, electric shutters and much more. Parking is available right in front of the house. The A3 highway can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes. Also ideal for passengers due to the proximity to the airport. Vehicle can also be parked on the side of the road for several days.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

In 2018, we lovingly renovated and modernized the guest house, an old half-timbered house on our farm. In the countryside and only 30 km from Frankfurt, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature.
