At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat, the cackling of 3 chickens and the splashing in the pool, then you are in the right place with us. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly and interesting encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

It has a 160 wide comfortable bed, a small kitchen with oven and a shower with toilet and sink for yourself. In the living room with TV, there is a sofa bed in case you don't want to sleep a couple since and in separate rooms.
