The underground parking space can only be used by very small cars (duplex parking space; see 'Access for guests').

Your own little mountain retreat at the very top of the house: a glazed south-facing balcony, mountain views, and the Nebelhornbahn cable car is a five-minute walk away. On the top floor, for one person. A 90-cm cabinet bed disappears into the wall during the day, freeing up the space. Private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, no stove or oven. Streaming TV; the Wi-Fi is suitable for a home office. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The apartment is a modern 2-room apartment (41 m²) with unobstructed panoramic views. Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
