Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.
