If you want to go even further from the climatic health resort of Immenstadt, explore the beautiful Allgäu by bus or train, both of which are within walking distance.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space for solo travelers, couples or a small family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'Guest access') simplify the stay.

From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.
